Compiling C with Microsoft Visual C++?

I would like to know how to compile C with Microsoft Visual C++ Express. Quite obviously, I know how todo C++, and I know it does C, but I don't know how. I would like some links if possible. Thanks!

Create a new proj by selecting "win32 console application" ONLY.Add a new file to a proj by selecting "C++ source file" but give the extension as .c(eg:prog.c).Type a C program in the file.


Press F5 to compile ,build and execute the program.Don't forget to click my ans as the best one when the C prog executes.
